On 3rd June 2020 Planning and Development Consultant, and RHS Board Member, gave us a basic outline of planning for community-led housing projects – outlining both the policy side and the practical steps for projects. Richard’s presentation was followed by a presentation from architect and RHS Development Officer, Sam Foster, who used the project we are currently working on with Braemar Community Company to discuss planning for community-led housing in action.
