Rural Housing Scotland assisted the submission of an application to the Rural and islands Housing Fund by Seafield and Strathspey Estates in partnership with BSW Timber.

We were involved in community engagement and assessing housing needs. We also helped clarify guidance regarding perpetuity with the Scottish Government. The main fund application for the development of 12 mid market rent homes was successful.
